La zona para el aparcamiento

Cuando llegué el primer día a hacer el check in a las 3pm, el alojamiento estaba sucio del inquilino anterior, llamé con la propietaria varias veces, y no cogía el móvil, cuando por fin contacté me dijo que no estaba actualizado el horario, y que debía esperar a las 5pm, esperé a que lo limpiasen y luego entré. En mitad de la estancia nos cambiaron la alcachofa de la ducha porque apenas funcionaba y para colmo, nos quedamos sin agua caliente. Volvimos a hablar con ella y nos dio solución a partir del día siguiente, ese día tuvimos que ducharnos calentando cazos de agua. En resumen, aportaba solución a largo plazo, nos prometió un reembolso o un descuento que nunca vimos y jamás volvió a ponerse en contacto con nosotros, realmente pésimo.

1) Location is excellent. Plenty of shops around for groceries. Easy access to the beach - around 10 mins walk.

1) The balcony photo is out of date, the tree has been cut down exposing the flat and balcony to onlookers from the cafe and the flats opposite. We feel cheated as when you literally come a thousand miles for holiday you rely on the honesty of the proprietor to provide accurate, up to date info and we don’t feel we got value for our hard-earned money. The wildlife habitat provided by the tree has now been taken away and when summer temperatures reach over 35+ degrees in the region chopping the tree down feels utterly stupid. The wicker armchairs are replaced by a tiny, wobbly bistro table and two uncomfortable, chairs that are unsuitable for al fresco dining which we do when in Mallorca. We were also reported by the cleaner for taking the main table and chairs outside which felt like being spied on and not respected as tourists when the host messaged us to take the table back in as it may get rained upon. 2) The flat is very noisy. You can hear neighbours moving chairs upstairs, showering and flushing their toilet. It’s on the bus route and motorbikes come around from 5-6am until late night. There also are 3 recycling bins in front of it, where people smash glass bottles at all hours. Previously, the tree was muffling a lot of the street noise but now, with single glazed windows you can hear everything. 3) Although the property has been redecorated, we think that this is to a poor standard and the updated price does not reflect the quality and we won’t be staying here anymore. Some of the newly installed items e.g. bathroom sink, are very small and the water splashes everywhere. The boiler cuts out the hot water when showering, the fan is so noisy that we couldn’t hear each other when talking and the metal extractor pipe jumps up and down when on full power. Each time we come there seems to be less cutlery/crockery available and we needed to keep washing up.

The bed was comfortable. The Location is very close to the beach. It was super easy to find free parking on the street. The b space is absolutely not enough for 1 Person or a couple but no more! Check in was very uncomplicated and I was allowed to check in earlier, which was super nice! Safe area.. especially for people who travel alone.

I got the apartment next to the actual apartment that I booked, which didn’t have many kitchen utensils.. there was no coffee machine or anything you could do coffee with available. The bathroom didn’t have a window like on the pictures. Also the shower cabinet was tiny, you could barely turn inside without over floating whole bathroom and the shower curtain got stuck on me constantly. Also the apartment is poorly soundproofed. You can hear absolutely everything also with closed windows. In the night you could hear any passenger talking, as if they are just next to you in the bedroom. The birds in the tree go crazy with sunrise and you can tell what the neighbor does in the bathroom. You hear it all front roll!!!

Room is clean & quiet, 5min walk to the beach & promenade, kitchen utensils towels hair dryer washing machine beach umbrellas all included, water pressure & heating are perfect, spacious balcony for relaxing, simple contactless check in & check out

Only 1 toilet roll, WiFi not stable, lightings in living room & kitchen are too dim, shower room is very small, no A/C in bedroom, no shampoo & shower gel, no kitchen tissue paper
