Le balcon immense La vue depuis chaque baie vitrée (une ou plusieurs dans chaque pièce) La mer a 700m La boulangerie au pied de l’immeuble

La piscine pour laquelle il faut passer dans la rue Le bruit dû à une mauvaise isolation des baies vitrées mais aussi à l’agitation dans la rue (restaurants, bars, poubelles ramassées à 1h du matin ou personnes qui jettent du verre en pleine nuit) A part ça tout est ok à part peut être un peu plus d’ustensiles dans la cuisine
