Buena ubicación, relativamente cerca al barrio húmedo, la persona de contacto amable y eficaz.

La estanco es para 4 personas pero solo ponen toalla para dos… de resto muy bien todo

Había un moco pegado en una almohada, nosotros vamos siempre con calcetines en casa y aquí hicimos lo mismo, se quedaban pegados al suelo. Algunos platos de la vajilla había que lavarla. El sofá cama bastante mal. No es para 4 personas

La ubicación y el apartamento limpio y nuevo y acogedor con menaje completo y toallas y ropa de cama suficiente En León hacia más frío de lo esperado para la fecha pero la climatización del apartamento era perfecta

La ubicación

Aunque en la página web se indica que el edificio dispone de acceso mediante ascensor para personas con movilidad reducida (PMR), es importante tener en cuenta que se trata de un inmueble antiguo. El tamaño del ascensor es muy reducido, por lo que resulta muy difícil —e incluso imposible, dependiendo del tipo de silla— acceder con una silla de ruedas (en nuestro caso, aunque la silla no es muy grande teníamos que desmontar los reposapies y colocarla en diagonal para que a duras penas pudiese cerrar la puerta del ascensor). Por otra parte, las instalaciones presentan déficit de mantenimiento: tapa de inodoro suelta, un grifo inestable, un lavabo con mal desagüe, WiFi que no funciona y falta de bateria en mando a distancia de la televisión. Asimismo, la limpieza general es mejorable, y faltan algunos detalles como lamparillas en la mesita de noche y cortinas.
