"Great location but...."

Location is very close to beach and sea front restaurants. It did a job for one night.

Ground floor flat, not a loft, street was a bit noisy at night and then again early morning. Noise from communal entrance and lift too. It's basically a bedsit. Bed was a bit small for us. Lady who met us didn't speak any English at all and it took a while for us to actually find the place - parking is difficult but she had reserved us a space outside. Street was quite run down, graffiti etc.

Clean and comfortable, very dedicated host! A cozy place close to the sea!

There were some burst noises coming from the building hall late night and early morning but the loft was quiet.
