"The worst nightmare"

We had the worst experience there. Bathroom, bedroom, kitchen were so dirty and stinky. There were mold, dust, stains. Floor mat and rugs were too filthy. Bed sheets and pillows smell awful. Smells so bad my kids couldn’t sleep at night. Big bed was too hard, mother back so hurts.

The reviews were not real, you gave us wrong address that didn’t match the building, the elevator was broken when we check out, the lady was 15 minutes late for the check out as well. The price is too high for the room.

*Amazing view *Very clean and well equipped apartment *Relaxing atmosphere *Apartment's owner Mr Waleed, and his assistant, Mr Hossam, are very polite, respectful, any they responded very quickly to any inquiries. We spent 2 days, and couldn't resist spending 2 more days at this beautiful apartment. Whenever we go to Alexandria, this gem will be our choice 🌹
