Évidemment la vue ! La terrasse doit être fabuleuse lorsqu'il fait beau. La luminosité de l'appartement. La réactivité du propriétaire.

Le confort des canapés, la literie et la taille de la chambre. En hiver, on est plus en intérieur qu'en extérieur. Pas de chaîne TV en français ! Quelques livres ou jeux de société seraient les bienvenus.

Bezkonkurenční veliká terasa, krásný výhled na moře a promenádu.

Velice nepohodlná rozkládací pohovka na spaní. Museli jsme řešit matraci umístěnou na zem.
