Very accommodating staff, helped us check in and get our bags sorted and access when we arrived. Place was clean and is in a great location. Pools on site are excellent for families. Staff were extremely helpful on check out helping us find lockers for our luggage. Thank you Lilli.

As with most of tenerife its on a hill.

Nothing to fault

We where pretty happy with the apartment..It was a nice size and clean with a new fridge and washing machine..great to have a iron and ironing board 👍

The toilet seat was broken, and the bedroom could do with a nice coat of paint..

Everything you need in the apartment . Quiet area but less than ten minutes from the beach and a lot of good bars and restaurants . We were Self Catering but the pool bar at the complex served a good breakfast and other meals .

We have stayed here twice before and you could access through the front door but for some reason this was blocked off and had to use the patio doors . Other than that its an ideal apartment .

The location on the complex was ideal for my kids. The pool was less than 5 metres away from the front door. And Lornas pool side bar is less than 10m away which was friendly and ideal and well priced for drinks and snacks. The breakfasts are one of the best on the island.

Just to be picky and it is. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable and the glass coffee table was a little dangerous with its sharp edges, so I moved it away into the corner of the room.
