Es un apartamento muy bonito. Muy bien aislado y con bonitas vistas desde el salón. Tiene de todo para pasar unos días por toda la costa asturiana. Las camas muy cómodas también.

Todo perfecto. Si hay que poner alguna pega, tiene un baño con una bañera que para gente un poco alta es más incómodo.

La ubicación,en pleno centro y a 10 minutos de la playa.Casa muy tranquila.Vistas al río y al mar.Raquel encantadora.Nos dejaron muchos detalles que se agradecen mucho cuando vas a pasar una estancia corta( leche, agua, café, té,cereales, aceite, sal y lo necesario para lavadoras y lavaplatos).Aparcamiento gratuito por la zona.

Las escaleras a la tercera habitación en la buhardilla.

"Great apartment in a perfect location."

It's a very spacious apartment right next to the port and river front - one the best spots in Luarca. It is very well equipped and very comfortable. It was nice to find milk and water in the fridge, as well as tea, coffee pods and even biscuits.7 We loved getting fresh bread from the excellent bakery / deli just a few doors away and an ice cream from the exceptional Heladería in the street.

Nothing much. One of the rooms only has a rooflight that doesn't open and therefore is difficult to ventilate, but it didn't seem to bother our son much. Ideally, a few more cups and bowls would be helpful, to make better use of the dishwasher.

On the 3rd floor was a little tricky with a buggy and no lift, but not too much of a problem with the 2 of us.
