Location good. Flat ok for the money.

Host insists on 300 euro transfer to their bank as deposit. If you are from UK they then charge you the fees for transferring it back to you. So a hidden 34 Euro cost in my case. Plus it’s an uncomfortable situation as it’s not via Booking.com so you are under the host’s whim. The shower is terrible as it has about 2 mins of hot water. One person has to be super quick to shower. The next person must wait. Nowhere to hang washing.

I liked the property in terms of cleanliness and the necessary shops nearby. Sea beaches are also walkable from the apartment. There are several free car parking (white dashed line parking is free for overnight parking and anytime during the day for long hours) just outside the apartment. As we hired a car, so did not use the apartment garage.

We were never informed by the landlord that the car parking outside the apartment is absolutely free. We discovered it when we arrived there. The landlord took the deposit for the garage and never told us that there could be an option for convenient parking outside the apartment. Though we never used the garage, still paid for the same.

Very informative and good host. The place was clean. A very nice small city. Practical parking in the basement close to the elevator. The closest supermarket in the same building, but still no noise so we had a great time. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
