The location is brilliant, in the centre, close to a parking ((useful if you are by car) and close to all amenities like a supermarkt, bars and a supermarket.

The shower has a lot of loose little tiles and the shower door was actually loose as well, both quite dangerous if you are coming coming with kids. Clean was everything above eye level, below eye level hasn't been cleaned in a while. The sofa is truly made for sleeping only, not sitting and it's quite noisy - also because we were on the ground floor.
