Apartamentos Dubamar

The apartment was clean and had all we needed for our 3-day stay. The decor was stylish. It was great to sit out on the terrace and take-in the amazing views. The neighbourhood is quiet. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach. There's a supermarket on the same street. A fruit and veg shop is nearby. The taxi rank and bus stops are close. Two places to eat that we would recommend are Carlos III and La Huerta, both within 5 minutes' walking distance.

We liked everything.

The apartment was located on the top floor of building with beautiful to city surroundings and sea.

clean and well maintained apartment, with well equipped kitchen and bath and balcony with lovely view. gracious and helpful welcome - super communicative. made everything simple. no parking on premises but very easy to park on street. quiet building. I would stay again for sure!

there is an unfinished building next door - once you get inside property doesn't matter at all since this unit is high up, but startling at first.

As a whole the price is very good. parking out side the building was free and easy. Big super market next to the building. Beach is not far just about ten minutes walk. Good location and view from the balcony. Air conditioner was good.

It took us some time to know the location and reach the building and its entrance gate while we were moving around it due to language communication problem. The lady showed us the flat and gave us a contract from three pages in Spanish one copy signed from her company and the other is not , and we signed both copies and she gave us the copy which is not signed by them ?!! we do not understand or know what is in it and i think Booking should know about this and inform them to make copies in English language for foreigners if it is ever needed. living room not bad but need renovation and more cleaning. balcony needs A lot of cleaning. kitchen is good equipped but you have to bring all the materials for cocking . Also you have to arrange and bring with you the materials needed for washing machine and the dish washer. Bath room is not bad but bring your towels and Kleenex. be aware that it needs to bring many things with you if you plan to stay more than two days.

Great view, great facilities and great host.

The apartmant was clean and since we arrived late from Malaga, the host waited for us, which was really an inconvenience. Also, we were allowed to stay a bit longer on the day of our departure because of our late transportation. Everything was close, Consum store is few metres away as well as the beach.

Everything was fine.
