Studia Puerto de Santiago

Pros. A flat was clean, cozy and had a lot kitchen equipment from pans to wine glasses, beautiful view from the roof with a pool. A mattress was very very comfortable. Overall I really enjoyed the apartment itself. Cons. There was busy square with noisy playground full of children, but it was quiet after 10:30 pm.

Great location, everything you need is there, good public transport link to airport and everything else, and really nice host. Overall really great stay!

The location was excellent and in such an authentic Spanish area with a playground in the square and lovely cats who came around every night. Great kitchen facilities.....piping hot water all the time.....balcony is in the shade which was great because rooftop pool was there for the sun! Darius met us with the keys and was very nice and left us to our own devices but told us to contact him if we needed anything. He recommended the Italian restaurant which was excellent.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable in the middle. Such a pity especially when it had the bonus of being a double...unlike even some expensive hotels that only provide single beds. A sun lounger or two would be lovely but I found a yoga mat to lie on and a cushion so it was fine! Air con wasn't needed as the studio doesn't get too hot ....don't know if it would be needed in the summer though. Parking is a bit scarce but there is a big space at the back of Lidl which we used sometimes.

I would have liked a sun lounger to put at the side of the pool.

A bright, cozy place to relax. When I was looking for apartments, I certainly wanted in bright colors with the advantage of white, and here everything is like that. A very pleasant place. Nearby there are black sand beaches, an illuminated evening promenade, Los Gigantes and beautiful picturesque views, a lot of restaurants, cafes, shops and pharmacies. I would have spent more time here, but the vacation was only a week. I liked that the balcony is almost all day in the shade, because it is quite hot for me outside, and the apartment is very comfortable and pleasant temperature, we ate on the balcony. Inside there are all amenities, a water filter, everything you need to cook food. I thank the owners for such a bright cozy place!

A little noisy area where the windows overlook, where children play in the evening, but it did not bother us. It's still nice to look at the white square and the mountains in the distance.
