I had a very positive experience staying at the flat and from the start, communication through the Booking.com app was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful. We stayed in Flat 9, which was exceptionally clean and well-equipped. It had everything we needed, including a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, and hob, as well as free WiFi. There were also plenty of towels provided (beach, bath, and hand towels), along with a washing machine, clothes rail, ironing board, and iron—everything you’d expect for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool area and surrounding grounds were well maintained and kept clean during our stay. The complex itself is relatively small (around 13 flats), which made it feel მშვიდ and relaxed. One thing that really stood out was the flexibility and kindness of the host. We had a late flight, and although check-out is normally between 10–11am, we were kindly allowed to stay until 5pm, which made a huge difference to our last day. The local area is also very clean and friendly, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Transport is easy and affordable too—the local bus from the airport (Terminal 1) costs around £2, and there are regular buses to nearby areas.

Great location, quiet, and secure. It isn't right in the strip so if you want the accessibility of the strip but not the noise when you sleep it is a great location.

The locks to put your keys. I wasnt sure which was which. Additionally, I had to work but couldnt rely on the internet.

The location would be the only good point

We arrived at the apartment its was not clean so I rang the host, she didnt answer but she text me saying she couldn't answer because she was eating! She also said if we wernt happy we could leave! She did call the next day with a plumber (the smell in the apartment was disgusting) they both said there was no smell and to run the taps and open the windows and it would take any smell away. Also there was stains on the floor that the host said could not be removed I scrubbed the stains in front of her to show her they did come off so a couple of days later the cleaner came and cleaned the floor and removed the stains. There were no umbrellas at the pool, no lights on the stairwells, the mattress had brown stains on it. The pictures on the site were like nothing I saw. Would not return its a compete kip!!!!

The property is very close to main strip Really comfortable apartment with all amenities required for a lovely weeks holiday.
