It's close enough to the strip but far enough away for a quiet night, my room was huge and comfortable, there's a washing machine which for someone travelling with just a backpack came in very handy, a complementary safe too. Really nice place and would recommend.

Great apartment in a quiet spot and not to far off the main strip 6 or 7 min walk. I would stay again.

No air conditioning, there was a fan supplied but not sufficient.

L’emplacement à côté de Puerto del carmen vous pouvez vous y rendre à pied ou à 5 min en voiture. Stationnement devant la résidence très pratique et avec toujours de la place. L’hôte est top ! Nous a permis de partir plus tard pour profiter de notre logement avant notre vol de 20h.

About a ten minute walk from the main strip. Only a few minutes walk from a large supermarket. Quite location.Small apartment complex only 14 apartments. About 10 sun beds. Would definitely stay there again.

Mattress was quite uncomfortable and we turned it over to see if that would help and it was very stained. Our bedding or towels were not changed at all during our ten day stay.The pool was quite dirty but understandable with all the dust in the air. I did ask someone at the complex about it being cleaned and someone arrived about an hour later and cleaned it. It was cleaned again once more during our ten day stay.

La ubicación, aparcamiento cómodo, siempre había donde aparcar.

Apartamento pequeño, la limpieza era normal tirando a baja, traía que había tostadora y no había. Aunque había dos ventiladores aún así hacía mucho calor en el apartamento. Solo dos rollos de papel higiénico para una semana. No había bayeta solo dos rodillos y solo dos bolsas de basura. Lo que sí destacar que tenía toallas para la piscina, plancha, tabla de planchar y lavadora. Julia una persona amable. Piscina pasable donde darte un chapuzón. Calidad precio bueno.
