Great central location, everything easily accessible on foot. Apartment is nice and equipped with all the needed amenities. The wifi works really well. The communication with the host was really good and we felt that they were reachable at any moment. Would recommend this apartment if you really want to experience Sevilla and its charm.

The only thing that I could mention is the building isolation, you can easily hear noises from other apartments, someone walking through the hallway or talking on the street. But since the building is located in the heart of Seville, this was somewhat expected.

L'hôte a été très prévenant. Explications claires pour accéder au logement. Message le lendemain pour s'assurer que nous étions bien installés. Logement propre, très bien équipé (dont cafetière Nespresso !) Déco moderne. L'appartement donne sur une petite rue intérieure. Le balcon est très appréciable. Situé au 3e étage avec ascenseur, il est très lumineux. Proche de tout, idéal pour visiter la ville ; petit supermarché à proximité. Au calme. Très bon rapport qualité prix. La navette aéroport (EA) circule tous les jours, du matin tôt au soir tard. Le terminus à la Plaza de Armas est à 500 mètres ; un grand supermarché Mercadona est juste à côté.

Apartmanik vyhovujúci pre dvoch. Poloha úžasná - nie je potrebná doprava, všade sa dostane peši.

Poca insonorizzazione e un problema con il riscaldamento

The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our 5 days in Seville. The location was excellent. It was so easy to walk to all the sights. The kitchen was well-equipped although we didn't cook; we only used the coffeemaker, fridge and microwave. The shower worked great with lots of hot water. The apartment was spotless. Check-in and check-out was easy. I would highly recommend staying here.

The pictures and the description of the apartment make it seem like you have a private patio/balcony but there isn't one. On the rooftop there is a small area that is shared.
