La cisterna no funcionaba bien: no dejaba de echar agua y tuvimos que cortar el suministro para evitar el ruido constante. El menaje estaba muy deteriorado: especialmente las sartenes, que eran muy antiguas y soltaban una especie de residuo negro al cocinar. Exceso de luz por la mañana: no hay persianas y entra mucha claridad, lo que dificulta descansar. El frigorífico estaba estropeado: perdía agua constantemente y hemos tenido que convivir dos días con un charco en medio de la habitación. Problemas con la ducha: la primera persona podía ducharse con agua caliente, pero a partir de ahí el agua salía templada. El baño se inundaba: el agua de la ducha se salía y dejaba todo el suelo empapado.

ESLa ubicación, inmejorable. El precio para la ubicación, muy bueno. Estuvimos muy agusto, no llegamos a la hora prevista, pero no hubo ningún problema por parte del personal. Equipado con lo necesario. Sin duda, cuando volvamos a Granada, volveremos a alquilar aquí.
FRTrès bon échange avec le propriétaire et la personne qui s'occupe de l'entretien du logement. Logement plutôt typique. Très bien placé. A quelques mètres superbe vue sur l'Alhambra, surtout au coucher de soleil.
Les chiens du voisinage plutôt dérangeants.

Están haciendo algo de obra en el patio y estaba todo (mesas, sillas,...) muy sucio

The property itself is very old, and while it’s nice that they’ve tried to preserve its historical Andalusian character, it seems like maintaining cleanliness is a real challenge. Because of this, the room felt dirty, and I didn’t feel comfortable staying inside. Although the bed sheets were clean, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet’s poor plumbing, which lingered throughout the room.
