ELEGANTE APT DE DISEÑO 2 HAB SEVILLA WIFI-5 PAX

Elegí el apartamento por la ubicación cercana al punto de trabajo donde tenía que asistir. Buscaba algo práctico y a buen precio. Creo que el apartamento no es elegante ni de diseño. Mal olor constante. No sucio, pero viejo y mal cuidado. El baño no funciona bien. Desde luego no volvería, y menos con familia o amigos. No creo que la relación calidad precio al final me saliera bien.

Todo por dentro era nuevo.

Era un sótano, poca ventilación, no conseguí ver la televisión ningún canal.

Semisótano calidad precio pésima. Olía a humedad, humedad por las paredes. Había tres charcos que no se fueron en los tres días que estuvimos.

Cómodo y con lo necesario para estar unos días.

Estaba bastante bien, aunque carece de ventilación al.estar por debajo de la planta calle, no puedes abrir las ventanas.

we did not get the keys upon arrival after we tried to contact the property several times, we arrived at our sheduled time and no sign of anyone or any messages to let us in the apartment. We had to find another accommodation at 1 am in the morning. It costs us another 500 euros, after the 309 euros we had paid a month bebore for this property. We are in disgust for the way they treated us.

That it was in the basement and had no natural daylight Bathroom.. shower leaked every time used hence mould around it. It needed replacing and a slightly larger tray & screen could be installed. There was enough room Very bad damp issues in plaster board behind the door in main bedroom. It had not been cladded like the rest of the lounge hallway wall so this fault could be behind this decorative feature. I would recommend it is investigated !
