Feuchte schimmelige Wände in den Schlafzimmern. Katastrophal. Matratzen komplett durchgelegen... Badezimmer waren alle Fugen ebenso schimmlig. So eng , dass man kaum zur Tür rein kam. In der Küche hing die Steckdose raus. Küchen Utensilien dreckig... Der Pool war ein ungepflegter scheußlicher ekliger versiffter Tränketrog für Tiere. Grösse 150 x 80 cm... Der Boden vor dem Becken war total verdreckt ...und die Wände voller Grünspahn. Eine Katastrophe und unzumutbar.

"HUMEDADES GRANDES, INHABITABLE"

Nada

El apartamento no está en condiciones mínimas de habitabilidad, presenta humedades de gran tamaño en todas las dependencias y suciedad. Nada mas llegar contacto con el propietario el cual responde muy rápido y nos da opción del apartamento en el piso superior pero el cual esta en las mismas condiciones, a lo que nos ofrece enseguida la devolución del dinero y nos toca buscar otro alojamiento. Si que es verdad que contesta rápido y nos ofrece ña devolución pero no debería estar en alquiler ninguno de los dos apartamentos..las humedades no hacen habitable ningún apartamento .

La ubicacion

La limpieza es francamente escasa ( a saber lo que le pagaran a la señora de la limpieza..) Las camas insufribles.. El menaje de cocina escasisimo. Ni un paño de cocina. Ni tazas de desayuno suficientes. Platos, vasos y cubiertos.. cada uno de su padre y su madre. Una sarten pequeña y una olla pequeña. La cafetera estaba negra.. El baño estaba cochambroso. Mientras te duchabas, caian trozos del techo que se estaba deshaciendo. ARREGLEN EL BAÑO, SEÑORES....QUE DA PENA. Habia humedades por las paredes.. Manchas en el sillon y en las colchas Muy dificil aparcar por la zona. No recomiendo este sitio a nadie
