Ottima posizione, residence ordinato, accesso alla piscina, disponibilità di tutte le stoviglie e in generale di tutti i comfort nell'alloggio.

L'host non vive a Fuerteventura e affida la procedura di check-in a una signora che vi abita. La signora parla solo lo spagnolo, e non c'è molta flessibilità sull'orario di check-in. L'accesso al residence è folle. Occorre aprire e richiudere a chiave due portoni ogni volta che si entra o si esce. Alloggio un po' piccolo per tre persone. Molto spazio occupato da cose inutili, tante sedie, carrelli per le stoviglie, ecc. Bagno senza finestra e con aspiratore non funzionante, con conseguente caldo e appannamento. Nessun appendiabiti in bagno. Camera calda e senza area condizionata.

Property was dirty. Cooking pans were unusable. Swimming pool was dirty and cold most of the times.

Location was perfect

The toilet wouldn’t work properly and there were no wine glasses but nothing that would put us off staying or recommending this to future bookers

I liked the Area pool lovely appartment quite trendy everything you needed for cooking etc was in appartment.clean beds .

The appartment had quiet a bit off damp.the shower was hard to work.And when you used the hairdryer the electric went off.

We loved the complex and the way the property overlooked the pool and palm trees. The pool could do with some TLC, but this did not put us off. I swam in it every day and there are plenty of sunbeds. There is a nice little supermarket that backs on to the complex and 2 of the main bars, Crazy Goat and Stoners. The apartment itself was really comfortable, quite pretty, with plenty of storage, even drawers and a cabinet in the bathroom. An additional mirror in the property would be beneficial, especially a full length one. The kitchen, although compact, seems quite well equipped. Pool/beach towels were provided. The owner, and her assistant who dealt with the checking in, were extremely helpful. We were allowed to check out whatever time we liked on departure day as no one was following us in. This was a very nice and helpful gesture from the owner and greatly appreciated by us. We would happily stay here again 😊
