Son emplacement, sa propreté.

Cueva mal insonorisée. On entend les les bruits de la rue par les cheminées, aérations. Manque d’isolation thermique et phonique. Ne pas préciser que la cueva est partagée en deux logements avec entrée commune et parking

Las camas eran comodísimas, creo que es lo que más nos gustó a todos en la estancia. Nada de frío sin necesidad de encender chimenea ni nada.

En general todo estaba bien aunque, por poner alguna pega, el sofá era algo incómodo y los baños algo pequeños
