LAS FOTOS SON MENTIRA. En el alojamiento decia que venia con cocina y no era verdad. La cocina es de pega, es una foto de uso personal donde guardan lo de limpieza y no está abierto a huéspedes. El primer dia tuve que hacerles cambiar el agua de la piscina. Tenia tanto nivel de cloro que me hizo quemadura. El aire acondicionado es de pega, porque no funciona. Es una estafa. La habitación es enana, no podía abrir la maleta al completo. Las fotos están hechas con ojo de pez. Era mas grande la terraza que la habitación y eso que en la terraza cabían 3 personas

Muy comodo y bastante completo el apartamento. Pudimos organizar una cena romantica en el patio que quedo preciosa y muy acogedora. Volvería para organizar otra cena tipo asi porque es un lugar muy tranquilo. El personal muy amable y rápido tras los inconvenientes surgidos.

La limpieza era deficiente (en el jardin habia una cucaracha y una toalla sucia), la piscina no la pudimos usar porque olia fuerte a cloro y a parte el fondo estaba sucio de arenilla.

We booked two nights in an apartment with a kitchen and early check-in. When we arrived, there was no one at the property. After half an hour of trying to reach someone through the app, a man showed up who didn’t speak any English. Using Google Translate, he told us we couldn’t enter because the room was still dirty and needed to be cleaned. After a long and frustrating discussion via Google Translate, he eventually allowed us to go inside just to change clothes. Once inside, we were shocked — there was no kitchen as advertised, the place was extremely dirty, stains everywhere, black mold in the bathroom, and the swimming pool was green. There was no way this could be cleaned in a short time, and honestly, staying there felt like a health risk. I asked to speak to the owner immediately, but apparently, he was “not available.” This was very frustrating because we had an appointment and needed to get ready, but at the same time, we had to deal with this huge problem. One thing was certain — we were not going to stay there overnight. After an hour of back-and-forth through Google Translate, they offered us another apartment. We decided to give it a chance and asked to see it. When the young man opened the door, we saw that other people were already staying there! What happened to privacy and safety? At that point, we completely lost trust and felt very unsafe. We decided to call Booking, but after 45 minutes on hold, they simply hung up, and we never heard back. We were left standing there with no safe place to stay. Eventually, we left and sent an email to Booking, but to this day, we have not received our money back or any form of compensation from either Booking or the accommodation.

Que no me gusto pues el trato q llame y escribí xq había cucarachas mandé hasta fotos de las cucarachas y encima no me devuelven la fianza

El sitio porque era fácil para desplazarme
