ATICO MIJAS COSTA

The apartment was in a quiet residential estate with a beautiful view from the balcony. The interior was tastefully furnished and had adequate facilities. We did not have a car but there was a nice restaurant within easy walking distance. The swimming pool was a few minutes walk down the road but the plus was that hardly anyone used it. Communication with the owner Jesús was excellent. Would definitely be happy to stay again.

Bear in mind that this is an apartment at the top of the building so it gets very hot. It is not equipped with proper air con, so be prepared for being hot and sweaty if you go mid-summer! Even in September, the south facing balcony was too hot use during the day as there was no sunshade provided. Nice however early morning and evening. Be aware that there is no lift, if you have any mobility issues.

Very informative host. Lovely area quiet, nice pool, good views from the terrace. Small local restaurant within walking distance very nice food and had a small convenience store attached.

No loungers by the pool. Could not find an iron in the property but an ironing board was present.

L'emplacement La vue

Le logement était plus petit que ne le suggéraient les photos. Le canapé n'était pas convertible, ce qui était problématique pour notre groupe de 6 personnes. De plus, la cuisine manquait d'équipements de base (seulement 4 couverts) et les fournitures de première nécessité, comme le papier toilette, étaient insuffisantes pour un séjour de 5 jours. L'accès à la piscine se faisait en dehors de la résidence.

Parecía más amplio en las fotos y el sol da de lleno en la terraza todo el día, pero por la noche está muy agradable y la vista es estupenda
