La ubicación y las vistas inmejorables!!!

El mobiliario es súper anticuado... Las toallas muy usadas y muy pequeñas, mejor llevar cada uno las suyas...y uno de los dos water que hay...no tragaba bien..

Fantastic location. Literally right by the sea and close proximity to everything. Amazing sea views, hustle and bustle of the city centre, four balconies, all amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, fridge/freezer, two bathrooms, lift, close to all sights and restaurants and highly recommend!

Only slight and very slight negative point would be the street vendors outside. Nothing can be done about it but they all finishing by 11pm. Nice and romantic at first as they are very talented but after a week of the same sets it’s slightly annoying!

"Fabulous location but this place needs an urgent makeover."

The location is superb and we enjoyed the street scape and the roar of the ocean.

The smell of drains in the entrance courtyard, the scarcity of kitchen equipment, no obvious linen change just a lot of stuff piled in the top of the wardrobe, no contact from the owner/host to see if we were ok, We were worried we were staying in unregulated accommodation because the owner did not take a copy of our passports - in effect no one knew we were there. The property has issues with rust because of its proximity to ocean spray and it meant the bedroom sliding door would not close - although by now the owner should have had it fixed. The dishwasher was also rusty and in general the place was tired . If a bit of tlc was applied it would be a delightful holiday rental. It kind of felt like we were staying in someone else's holiday home - all a bit cluttered in places.
