Bilbao Centro - Plaza de Toros, WIFI y Silencioso

Location was central, but also very, very noisy. Shower had great water pressure. Communication with host, who were mostly helpful, except for the one who told me I wasn't using the door correctly.

Unclean and very tatty. The electronic lock was very unreliable so after having struggled for 2 days we were offered a set of keys. Not great when you're coming back to the flat late at night.Old low quality towels and sheets. Uncomfortable beds with old memory foam pillows and mattresses. Poorly equipped kitchen, no standard oven, just a very small, very old table top grill. Kitchen was dirty, cupboards lined with old newspapers and dirty old lining paper. The third double bedroom looked out on to a flat roofed light well, which meant that people could easily climb into your bedroom if you left the window open. Not great when it's really hot in August. Bathroom door, damaged, didn't close or lock and was repaired with sellotape. Grout and sealant mouldy and dirty. Dirty marks on all walls, dirty water underneath the bath mat. Basically all of the marketing photos are not a fair reflection of the true state of the flat. Don't stay here.

The property was pretty well equipped and very spacious

The door 'key' was a digital code, which worked fine until the wifi stopped working (due the fuses having been tripped by the kettle) and we were left waiting for half an hour in the rain until the maintenance man arrived and let us in. There needs to be a better plan B. The temperature was fine in May, but I wouldn't want to be there in the summer with no air conditioning. Location wasn't good; there were no local restaurants and despite not being a busy area, any noise echoed around the buildings, making it noisy and difficult to sleep.

Everything ! The apartment is spacious, luminous and very well located. Felt at home :) I definitely recommend for a group of 4 to 6 people.

The mattresses were not to our liking unfortunately (too soft, you get swallowed by them) but might be right for u. Also it would've been perfect to have olive oil and vinegar in the kitchen, with salt and pepper as basic necessities.

Spacious and clean apartment very near the city centre of Bilbao. Very easy access to the apartment via e-key.

It was very spacious and cozy.

The location of the apartment is great. Everything is within walking distance.
