"Very disappointed distance to main area was hilly not as described in booking web page"

Nothing !

No contact from hosts at any time thru our stay very uncomfortable bed husband slept on couch,shabby bedding only one set of poor quality towels no change of linen no toilet cleaning material had to buy some, outside chairs very uncomfortable not suitable for relaxing.

Great location, very calm place to stay. Good facilities for travellers. Safe and secure. Well prepared and clean for arrival.

Shower needs a little refurbishment but it is acceptable. Water pressure can be variable.

"A nice apartment with all the facilities we needed for a comfortable holiday."

The location was great, about 10 minutes away from the beach and shops. The property was clean and had all the facilities we needed, including air conditioning and wifi. The apartment is in a gated complex which made us feel quite secure. Very good value for money

We had to walk down a steep hill to get to the beach - but that's unavoidable in Puerto del Carmen!
