The apartment was very clean and everything you needed. very central to all amenities and the response from the person I spoke to for information regarding wi-fi was sorted within the hour, also ordered our return taxi to the airport which arrived on time. all in all we had a very relaxing holiday.

Perhaps a plug for the bathroom sink, just to avoid wasting water. We had a good amount of towels but they they had been washed with to much fabric softener, so they did not dry you very well.

Good location in Puerto Del Carmen, close to beach, bars and restaurants. Quiet neighbourhood too.

It was up quite a steep hill.

Superb location, great apartment, clean and well looked after. All information was provided in a timely manner. The bed was very comfortable and there was lots of storage space. It was very homely and it was great having full access to english TV. We had an issue with the drain in the shower, which was sorted within hours, very fast response.

At the next apartment upgrade it would be nice to have an oven fitted as well as the hob and microwave. This would have helped us with our meal choices, as when there for a longer period of time eating out all the time isn't always an option and it made our meal choices quite restrictive.

Good beds, generally a nice apartment. Parking possible on the street right in front of the house.

We booked late, so not many options, I think this was rather expensive. Apartment was on the ground floor, so I didn't really feel good about opening windows in the rooms where Iam not present. Please Move smart tv from bedroom to living room, and non-smart tv to bedroom or equip it with some smart-device. Wardrobes are old and with a distinct smell of old furniture.

Nothing in particular. Maybe just the wardrobe could use some renovation

Good location, very handy, nice and quiet. Good facilities, everything worked. Nice outside area. Strong WiFi.

There was an initial issue with entry to the complex but this was rectified swiftly and efficiently and was beyond the control of the apartment letters.
