The apartment was great, just as shown on the pictures

Communication prior to arrival and check-in process was confusing. Too many automated messages, the need to download an app and register there to be asked at the last minute to go to an office in a different building to pick up the keys. The cleaning people on the last day arrived around one hour before the check-out time, but they waited until packing was done.
