Great location, beautiful building, the apt had a washer, which was very useful - besides a kitchen Surprisingly big bathroom, at least in my 'superior' apt Overall, greatly distributed for a small place. Would stay again, if they keep the rates reasonable. Very well located, near everything you will go see. I would say 8.5 close to 9 out of 10 for a few little things that could be improved - see below

There was a slight smell of sewer from the (very nice, otherwise) shower - but those days it was raining, and considering that Caceres city center is such an old town, it is almost to be expected that could happen. Coincidentally, entering the building, one was surprised by the nice clean smell, like clean laundry, so I am not sure if it was to mask other odors, or if laundry smell is being filtered there There were crumbs inside the salad bowl, and the floor, clearly the floor cleaning could have been much better. There were definitely not enough mugs, cups, and dishes for a couple of days of even one single person, just enough for one meal, two tops, not if you were 2 people, and you would have to be constantly re-washing. However, they did provide detergent... yet, I would have liked to see a few more items in the kitchen - and clean. Beware - they do say that when you are about to check in - that the apt is in a traffic controlled area - do NOT go inside the street, drive close, not through it to avoid fines. Did not meet hosts, but everything was in order, I wish they had a person there
