Self catering. We had everything required for same. Location was excellent.

No pool. Air conditioning would be required for the hot summer months- we stayed in late April/early May.

"Cozy modern beach home"

Great location, just 50 m away from Playa de las Americas but also close to some good restaurants. Lovely view of the sea but also to the Roque del Conde. Kitchen very well equipped, nice quiet neighbourhood with added attention to security. A very helpful home manager, had a really late flight but was very kind to wait for us.

We suggested the manager to purchase a magic remote for the LG tv.

Very well equipped apartment and just a stones throw from the beach and restaurants but still quiet enough to get a good nights sleep.

No negatives although air conditioning would have been a bonus.
