Appartment Totally upgraded at BENAL BEACH

El apartamento encantada,no le faltaba un detalle,lo tiene todo muy limpio,la playa al lado, todo muy bien,repetiré con Dorothy siempre que lo tenga disponible

Close to beach , also very good public transport spots , good value for money , everything in the apartment was great for the price and everything we needed was there , very clean actually spotless excellent stay

In the beginning we were a little lost getting around and finding our way around the complex , it is very big and took sometime to figure out

L’air climatisé a fait défaut et de l’eau s’est écoulé sur le mur. Heureusement la propriétaire a pris action rapidement pour faire la réparation. Quand nous avons déplacé le divan lit en prévision de la réparation, nous avons constaté des amas de poussières et cheveux sous le divan, en plus de bébittes. L’air climatisé était sale et avait des moisissures. Au niveau de l’établissement, vous devez payer pour avoir une chaise longue à la piscine avec un matelas … Vous devez aussi payer pour accéder au gym. Aucun avantage à résider à cet endroit, il faut payer pour tout.

The location was great and our host was very cooperative

Communicating with front desk staff, one of the young ladies had no personality and another member found it difficult to understand us.

The suite itself was lovely. Clean.

The bed was rather small and was right against the wall on one side so one person had to crawl over the bed to get out. It is the only place in our travel that didn't provide coffee so that was disappointing. Also, the sliding door to the balcony didn't have a latch from the outside and we accidentally locked ourselves outside. Thankfully we yelled at a neighbour to rescue us. (In all fairness, they DID have a sign on the outside saying don't close the door but my husband didn't see it!! Lol)

Apartamento bien cuidado, la dueña súper atenta en todo momento, nos adelantó el check in sin problema. Las piscinas están genial, con un montón de tonoganes. La ubicacion es excelente.

No le pongo un 10 porque no había gel de ducha y encontramos varios pelos en el baño (había un bote de champú y otro de crema para el pelo ya usados) así que supongo que serían de los anteriores inquilinos.

Nice renovated apartment, close to the beach with lots of facilities. The beaches in front of the apartment were nice sandy beaches and there are many restaurants and amenities in the area.

The apartment had a very unpleasant drain smell that kept coming and going during all our stay. We let the owner know when we arrived as it was really potent and a plumber was hopefully going to be sent after we left. We however endured it throughout our week's stay and it did spoil our stay as we spent the first day cleaning everything constantly tried to get rid of the smell with different products, etc. Also, please note that although it is listed as having parking there are about 100 spaces for possibly over 300 apartments and in high season we had to park a good kilometre away. Had it not been for this, we would have had a nice stay, the apartment was nicely renovated and I hope these issues are fixed going forward.
