Apartment Portonovo Galit - Sea view - Piscina - Wifi - Old Town

L'appartement est trop bien situé, à côté du port de Puerto del Carmen, à 5 minutes à pied, où le paysage est magnifique, et surtout au calme. Au bout de la résidence, il y a très peu de passage devant la terrasse qui est très agréable. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine avec les bains de soleil, après nos journées de visite. L'appartement est très cocooning, bien équipé. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Le lit est confortable. Nous avons apprécié les serviettes de plage, la bouteille d'eau dans le frigo... Pour la visite de l'île, c'est l'emplacement idéal. Nous avons réussi à trouver de la place avec notre voiture de location tous les jours dans la rue. Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire mais la communication était parfaite sur WhatsApp. Je recommande cet endroit à 100%.

We loved the quiet and relaxing atmosphere at the property during the day, we arrived in September. The strip itself for night life was still busy and had loads to offer. Weather was amazing, great location and great host. Bed very comfortable, apartment was ground floor for suitable for young kids, it had everything we needed and was clean. Great pool although was deep in parts however we were able to manage with our child with armbands and a float. Location is only 20 minute walk from main strip & beach. Lovely harbour in the old town which is lovely for a walk and also has bars and restaurants

Hemos estado muy agusto. Todas las reseñas positivas son reales.urbanizacion tranquila .Apartamento cómodo y completo para familia de 3. Siempre encontramos aparcamiento en la zona. Bajas una cuesta y estás en el paseo del puerto, zona muy bonita. Totalmente recomendable como base para recorrer la isla. Gracias a Tania por sus atenciones y consejos .

Por decir algo, no supimos muy bien cómo manejar el ventilador y la luz de la habitación.Era un poco lioso.

Really well stocked and well thought out. I really appreciate there being every possible amenity included from laundry soap, towels, great sized TV, hangers, drying rack, plates, cork screws, pots, fridge, stove. Honestly, it was as plug and play as can be. Luciano was extremely helpful - was on hand to answer every question we had. Was very easy to check in and check out - an introverts dream.

There were only two main things that were slightly annoying. I felt like the stove wasn’t working properly. At mid and low heats, it would constantly switch off. Impossible to actually cook something unless using high heat. The second thing although the location is absolutely perfect, for some reason taxi services struggle to pick up from the entrance. Lastly, we couldn’t figure out how to keep the fan on while the lights were off. So hard to sleep in the humid climate

Appartamento spazioso e luminoso, cucina attrezzata, a disposizione kit per la spiaggia (maschere, pinne e asciugamani da spiaggia), cialde di, caffè e una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo.

In generale, pulizia approssimativa nell'appartamento (per terra c'erano anche delle macchie rosse) e soprattutto nel terrazzo / solarium (sdraie esterne). Anche nelle parti comuni del residence poca pulizia e un po' di trasandatezza/scarsa manutenzione. La piscina non l'abbiamo usata, ma non ci sembrava molto pulita. Posizione decentrata rispetto ai principali locali / ristoranti e parcheggio non agevole la sera. La struttura può andare bene per soggiorni brevi, a parità di prezzo riteniamo si possa trovare di meglio in zona.
