Amazing Badalona Apartment With Terrace

La luminosità dell'appartamento e il terrazzo con un'ampia vista. Pulito, arredamento sobrio ma piacevole. Comodità per l'accesso alla metro.

La zona, se pur comoda ai trasporti (metro per Barcellona a poche centinaia di metri) è parecchio degradata. La città di Badalona, nell'hinterland metropolitano di Barcellona è veramente bruttina. Case mal tenute, popolari e di scarsa qualità. Il terrazzo bellino, ma penalizzato dal contesto attorno (la casa a fianco è mezza bruciata, c'è un telo blu che copre il tetto bruciato, che perde i pezzi...) è pieno di colombi..., manca una protezione dal sole...il tutto rende poco fruibile l'ambiente esterno. 4 piano SENZA ASCENSORE!! scale ripide e strette, purtroppo mal segnalato (booking non menziona il piano ma solo l'accessibilità tramite scale). Appartamento pensato per massimo 3 persone o famiglie con bambini piccoli. Cucina accessoriata per 3 (posate e tovagliette), nonostante fossimo in 4. Letto della camera scomodissimo (si sprofondava letteralmente), non ne parliamo dei cuscini... Lavabo del bagno piccolissimo, adatto solo a lavarsi le mani, a lavarsi il viso si bagnava ovunque... Pavimento appiccicato malamente che scricchiolava ad ogni passo... Ogni volta che si chiudeva il portone a piano terra la porta di ingresso rimbalzava. Nella strada non è possibile sostare per lo scarico dei bagagli. L'isolato dove si trova l'appartamento è in salita. Faticoso l'accesso. Confusione nelle istruzioni per l'accesso all'appartamento. Sconsiglio a chi viaggia con molte valigie e in famiglia.

Overall the place for living was Good with a great view..

but the property have many problems. It mentioned 3rd floor but was on 4th floor with a very small staircase. It was very difficult to take the bags upstairs. The floor was not good at all it was uneven. The walls have damage from water and was black

Checking in was nice and easy. It had the essentials- pans, a microwave, an AC, and a washing machine. (The washing machine was great and there’s a drying rack out on the balcony.) the balcony was a nice touch! The apartment is good if it’s only 2 or 3 people, but I should’ve booked a place better suited for 4 big adults. There are buses and trains not too far away (some were a 10 minute walk and others a 20 minute walk). The trains come frequently and take you to the center fast. There’s a Peruvian restaurant nearby! Please go there. There are a lot of markets to do some grocery shopping, and there are a lot of hills!! (we should’ve taken a taxi from the airport because going up those hills with suitcases was torture). All in all, it was a good experience.

We were on the 4th floor. The stairs were narrow and hot, and we had to carry heavy suitcases.

Was a roof top unit with no elevator. The pictures of the outside on the post was not the exact place. The neighbourhood was all up hills without having that mentioned on the post and the furniture was not comfortable at all compared to what paid for its not worth it.
