"Overall, a great place to stay."

The location was great because it is close to Cazco Viejo, and also near everything. Although it is in a busy and loud neighborhood, it is also safe and friendly.

I think the kitchen should add some bowls and good knives for fun and easy cooking.

Nothing. A minor point - we would have appreciated a tea towel for drying dishes etc. and an additional hand towel in the bathroom.

We were a party of 4 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bilbao and this place. It was spacious enough for all of us and had all of the amenities of a home. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive and helpful. Location is excellent as it is only a few minutes from the Old Town and metro station. We had no trouble navigating back and forth and the check-in process was really smooth. I definitely recommend this place and I believe it is good value for money. Thank you and hopefully we will stay here again in the future :)

"Perfect Stay"

The location was perfect, very close to a grocery store, restaurants, and everything else we could need or want. The host was very responsive and responded promptly to help with our different questions and needs. The rooms were lovely and beautifully designed. The shower had amazing water pressure. We would definitely stay here again!
