No air conditioning/very bad smell in bathroom

The location was amazing, everything was very close to us. The staff were lovely and even allowed us to check in early. They were very nice and friendly.

Location in a secure building. Parking was provided nearby. Location right on promenade was excellent for walking and exploring. Near many restaurant choices. Kitchen well stocked but no coffee pods for machine. Please leave some for next guests.

The apartment was very warm even with portable a/c.

We stayed here for two nights in June. The location was great, the room was clean, and the apartment felt welcoming and well-maintained. The host, Max, was very responsive and communicated in a polite and professional way throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, we had a major issue with the bathroom — there was a persistent sewage smell and a clogged shower drain, which made the bathroom nearly unusable during our short stay. While the host responded quickly, the problem couldn’t be resolved while we were there. We were told the administration is reviewing a partial refund, but we are still waiting for a decision. Also, the mobile air conditioning unit was quite loud, especially at night, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Location couldn't be any better if you lovectge beach, apartment is directly on.the promenade...it was always very quiet also

The a/c is a portable unit which doesn't get as cool as a normal a/c but it was bearable for us, if you likecit cooler at night it may ba a problem.
