"Great location"

Location is really good, less than 1 minute to the beach. Very quiet, silent sleeping. Big appartment, good wifi, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Ok bathroom. Balcony where you could have glass of wine or breakfast.

Everyrhing was a bit worn, old fashioned closets, may be 30 years old. Not a place I would like to spend more than 1 night. Renovation would add lot of value.
