Apartamentos Reina Victoria

Clean, modern apartment on Avenida de la Reina Victoria by the Palacio de Festivales. 15-20 minutes walk from Magdalena Peninsula and Puertochico neighborhood. Has air-conditioning and working kitchen, no washing machine. No noise issues, despite being ground level on a busy street. Right by a central bus stop allowing for easy travel to central Santander and Sardinero neighborhoods. View of the Cantabrian mountains across the Bahia de Santander on clear days is amazing! Our host Javier met us at the unit for check-in and was responsive to our needs. Had cleaning and towel service included once during our week long stay.

Street level unit with single wall of windows facing a busy sidewalk. Neighborhood was safe and clean but not our favorite. We ended up spending a lot of time walking or busing elsewhere for food/shopping/beach.

The location is absolutely fantastic, close to the many beaches and you can walk on the promenade all the way to the center. There is a bus stop in front of the house to take you to both directions as well, but we didn’t really need it. The apartment is very clean and comfortable with wonderful view of the bay. The host is amazing and very welcoming, he shared all important information that you might need via one PDF document, that you can have all the info always handy, including tips for the trips. We stayed for two weeks and wish we could stay a lot more. There is just so much to do in Santander. The beaches are just a few minutes of walk from the apartment, one nicer than another. And there are many amazing trips you can do, visiting the coast towns and Picos de Europa if you have a car. It is also quite close from the train and bus station, direct route. There is a fantastic restaurant nearby La Caseta de Bombas and also the Palacio de Festivales, so you can catch a concert just a minute from the house. The laundromat is 6 min walk, you can do all your laundry in 45 min. Very quiet at night. A/C This was our second time in this property and we recommend it without a dout in case you are looking for both, the beach life and the city life 😊

Very spacious place it can host up to 6 people. Nice views of the sea.

It is a ground floor on a busy road next to a bus stop so in the living room its very noisy. The back rooms are next to a parking and if you sleep with the windows open, cara parking or leaving early in the morning can wake you up, plus some youngsters might stay to chat in the night under your window
