El sofá camas y camas no están aptas para descansar

La ubicación está muy bien, tienes cerca tiendas y la playa. El piso no es muy grande pero para una pareja es perfecto. Se agradece que se incluya ropa de cama, toallas y utensilios de cocina.

Algún fallo como el grifo de la ducha que se cierra en cierto punto y a veces sale agua ardiendo, y el tubo de desagüe de la lavadora tiene que apuntar hacia la bañera porque si no, inunda el baño. No son cosas importantes, pero no se nos comunicó y tuvimos que contactar, eso sí, fueron muy rápidos y estuvieron disponibles en todo momento, incluso cuando estaban a punto de cerrar la oficina.

The property was really well located and getting in was easy. The apartment has 2 balconies which was a bonus and a view of the sea. Good facilities like a washing machine.

The beds were just fold out camp beds with a thin mattress and were uncomfortable to sleep on, and made loads of noise whenever you turned over.

Cleanliness should be improved, there was dust under the bed and all over the floor, also in the bathroom they should get a matt on the floor it is sticky The balcony, which overlooks the ocean needs to have a lock that is fixed and not loose, it is not safe and dangerous to lock itself inside

The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly

I was traveling solo so didn’t feel safe. The windows were slatted type and therefore couldn’t be closed (the area was noisy at night) and neither of the sliding doors to the patio could be locked (or even closed fully). It was a first floor apartment and while it may have been safe it didn’t feel like it was. I was anxious about my safety in this apartment on my own.

We had a great and pleasure stay in Sunset apartment, two balconies are really cool, communication with owners absolutely great, they are really kind and helpful 🙂 The apartment is located in perfect place - near the centrum of Puerte de la Cruz and close to beach, Parking possible in the street around or in main parking area in centrum, approx. 10 min by walk. Puerto de la Cruz is beautiful town, really recommend to stay there. Definitely 10 stars.

Exceptional position right by the sea. Clean and tidy.

Despite leaving several messages and ringing several times, the agent arrived 45 minutes late to let us in to the studio and was really not very bothered by her late arrival. The studio was value for money but we do suggest more and better towels would be an improvement as would bedside tables.
