Nada el apartamento no existía

Llegamos y no había alojamiento, no existía y no había comunicación ninguna, el teléfono de contacto no existía tampoco. Llegamos 4 personas con 2 mascotas y una persona en silla de ruedas y nos tuvimos que buscar y pagar de nuevo otro alojamiento cercano, esperamos un reembolso y daños y perjuicios por no revisar Booking a la propiedad

El apartamento estaba bien, cómodo y con las instalaciones limpias

La gestión por parte de la agencia pésima. Duplicaron la reserva con otra familia y nos supuso un disgusto tremendo con un abuelo que casi nos quedamos en la calle a las 23.00

Nothing we never stayed there it was filthy

Everything first of all when we got there we had no room they said there contract had ended with booking . Com and they kept Sending guests we were then told if we could wait they would try and find us somewhere and we got offered a folty place that clearly someone was living in

Nothing. When we arrived to the property the lady on reception said that they didn’t accept any from booking.com anymore & have contacted yourselfs however you still confirm bookings for this place & took our money yet we were turned away & had to find somewhere else I would like someone to contact me in regards to a refund I have try getting in contact but your ai system is terrible then have been on the phone but just get hung up on

Bien,limpio cómodo,el personal agradable seguro pero embargado la camas muy incómodas y falta el aparato de aire por lo menos uno en el salón!

the apartment was double booked very convenient!! we was given another one. we complained about the electrical cables in the double bedroom, not safe at all. we have a photo if anybody wants to see!!
