The view was amazing . It was a good size for all my family .

We were stuck in the lift because of a breakdown . Nearly a 1 hour me my wife and my son had to endure a claustrophobic very small environment and excessive temperature . It is just not on , I got the impression all they cared about was money . And not a duty of care ! The property was very drab , it basically needed a complete overhaul . The photographs didn’t really depict the condition . And why put us on the fourth floor , I am 70 years old and I consider myself fairly fit . But they could have informed me before I paid the money especially when the lift was so unreliable . And a word of warning think twice before using the tram service for any distance it was overcrowded and very uncomfortable I had to stand practically all the way to Benidorm .

Niets viel tegen. Appartement is beetje kaal ingericht maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig

La localisation et la vue

L’appartement et surtout l’une des salles de bains sont défraîchis, la peinture s’effrite de tous les côtés alors que sur les photos tout était impeccable. Pour avoir de l’eau chaude à la douche c’était un cauchemar. Il fallait laisser couler l’eau du lavabo pendant 15 minutes (ce que je gestionnaire Ignacio nous a expliqué) et parfois même avec cette démarche l’eau chaude ne venait pas. Ignacio nous avait promis qu’un plombier va réparer cela mais en 1 semaine mi août aucun plombier n’est venu. La chaudière est à changer.

De locatie en ruimte

Dat de airco het niet doet. Hij moet nodig worden schoongemaakt zit vol met stof zodat hij niet functioneerd. Dus was er erg heet.
