Great location, beds comfortable, great staff very helpful, very clean.

Not enough mugs for seven people a few cracked, lack of bowls for cooking in microwave, drains smell. Water in showers unpredictable , another sofa.

Excellent location right on the beach and in the city centre. Spacious accommodation. Good value for money. Friendly people.

It could do with a little refurbishment. Looks a bit tired.
