Apartamento Paco

La ubicación es excelente, la seguridad también, con el portero por el día y vigilante por la noche. La piscina excelente también, limpia y con sol i sombra.

El apartamento está muy bien,en general, pero el mantenimiento no está al día, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, una de las cortinas opaca para que no entrara el sol, estaba desmontada en un rincón. Pasamos bastante calor. Algún otro detalle de mantenimiento menor.

The design of the shower was tricky when it was wet

The property is in a great location with great local amenities, it has all the facilities you would require for a short and long term stay.

The only down fall was that the lights outside the bathroom shone though so if you had an early night it was very bright, maybe a blind could be added to the bathroom

Excellent location, near the Yumbo Center. the apartment has almost everything necessary for the daily life, such as fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, things for ironing. The bed was excellent with different types of blankets and pillows.

The apartment looked however kind of neglected: the toilet installation leaked heavily, producing a continuous and disturbing noise, there were dirty marks on the curtains, horrible silicon joints in the shower cabin, heavily nicked tables and absence of shades on half of the window, that makes the morning extremely hot in the living room, no AC. The toilet installation was repaired only after repeated appeals to the administrator and only in 3 days after the first complaint. The administrator also had an odd attitude, somehow signaling that I am to demanding, thing that was quite annoying for me.

Nicely presented property. Quiet complex. Good location for the nightlife of the resort. Living space was comfortable and bright.

Pool area was tired and in need of a good power wash! No cushions on sunbeds as per the photographs. Shower pressure was poor.

The apartment was central to everywhere

The apartment was not very well laid out, having the bathroom ajesant to the bedroom with no door was not perfect as when you had a shower you could be seen from the bed. The shower is a health hazard as the tiles on the floor are not shower tiles but ordinary floor tiles so have no grip and where laid in a V shape and the drain outlet was loose and dangerous also the sheet of glass that served as a shower wall did not have any marking on it so you could walk into it.The bed in the bedroom was only fit for the skip as it was filthy. The sleeping area in the living room was not suitable as the spotlight was always shining in at night so the room was never in darkness. We did not have access to the pool area for 2 weeks as we where not provided with a key to the locked gate and after numerous texts the porter eventually got us a key and there where no umbrellas around the pool area so you were constantly in the sun. The fridge freezer was packed with ice so we could not access all the drawers to store the food in. The bathroom could do with a curtain on the window as the balcony light outside shown through and so the bathroom and bedroom where always bright.
