Apartamento Belén

El dueño del alojamiento estuvo en todo momento atento a que no nos faltase de nada y todo fuese bien. La limpieza del apartamento era inmejorable. Estaba completamente equipado, nos sentimos como en casa. Se llegaba andando a cualquier parte. Las camas eran comodísimas, y nos dejaron un montón de recomendaciones de lugares que visitar y en los que comer. Recomendadísimo para quien viaje por cualquier motivo a La Laguna. Repetiremos!

A lakás elhelyezkedése és kényelme várakozáson felüli, minden rendelkezésre állt, amire szükség volt. A házigazda rendkívül segítőkész és kedves.

Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación. Junto al centro pero además cerca de una zona donde no es difícil aparcar. El precio también nos pareció espectacular. Otras cosas buenas serían que el apartamento estaba limpio y que las camas eran cómodas.

Cosas mejorables: la decoración. Con una pequeña inversión el apartamento sería mucho mejor. Está decorado con mobiliario antiguo, y paredes con clavos y escarpias de cosas que ha habido colgadas en otros momentos. Se ve un poco dejado en esto. Una pena porque por lo demás todo bien. Las llaves las tuvimos que recoger en un inmueble situado a dos o tres manzanas. No está lejos pero al ir con maletas dijimos al taxi que nos acercara a recogerlas antes de ir al apartamento. Era una calle estrecha y el taxi no podía esperar ahí mientras cogíamos las llaves, con lo que tuvo que irse, dar una vuelta bastante grande para poder volver al sitio, y recogernos de nuevo para llevarnos al alojamiento. El secador de pelo hace más ruido que un tractor y seca muy poco. Sería conveniente sustituirlo.

A compact apartment on the 3rd floor of a beautiful residential complex. Very centrally placed with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Easy 10€ taxi transfer from TFN and good comms from owner / agent. Key collection from a nearby location. The apartment was well equipped, with a good shower and comfy beds but the pillows could have been softer than granite. The kitchen had a microwave oven and twin hot-plate and a reasonable selection of cooking equipment and plates etc. Washer drier was a bonus but nowhere really to hang things to dry and air. Fortunately there were electric heaters in the living space and bedroom because it was cold when we were there in January . I would recommend the place and would gladly return.

Perfect stay in the heart of the city. Great contact with staff. The place is very clean with a modern bathroom. We have stayed here before and will for sure come again. 🥰🥰🥰

Washing machine and dryer in the apartment, hairdryer, toaster ... The bed was comfortable, with great pillows. Welcoming present in the kitchen and in bedroom. Apartment is in the great location.

Maybe the handle in the bathroom shower could be changed, because this one is old.
