Precio, era amplio el apartamento y limpio, tenía lo necesario para cocinar, la gente muy tranquila y apartamentos insonorizados. La ubicación si estás en forma no habrá problema por subir cuestas o escaleras, a pesar de ello tiene cerca supermercados, taxis, estación de guaguas, si no se tiene coche...

No hay ventiladores a pesar de no tener aire acondicionado, en la noche tenías que cerrar las ventanas porque se escuchaba el ruido de la calle y no se podía dormir, pero había mucho calor. Había que rentar por horas, los ventiladores... La piscina tiene agua tibia, pero es muy pequeña y llena de niños que la acaparan... Y le daba la sombra muy pronto. Un día no hubo luz toda la mañana, y la disculpa fue que no había aviso Endesa cuando estaban pegados anuncios por la calle. Deberían tener alguna alternativa...

Our first apartment had a lot of roaches and bugs. We got a new one, and it was okay for the price, but we dreamed about bugs all three nights. It was a nightmare. 🙁😞

Decent place a bit dated but we new that before we got there no one there only us 2 for 3 days had the place too ourselves manager helpful basic apartment but a nice place great views nice pool area

262 stairs too walk up from the bottom too the top but like a say we knew that before going as we been there before

We liked the location and the view. Also we had a parking space and a pool.

The rooms and especially the closet could be cleaned. It was a little bit dirty.

It was lovely and quite and the manager was very friendly helpful and polite . He just went out of his way to help you .

It did need a bit of an upgrade but as we left that is exactly what they were doing .
