Posizione perfetta e casa con tutto il necessario

Location: Although it’s about a 15-minute walk from the main bus station (Intercambiador) of La Laguna, it’s very close to the centre and the old town — everything is within walking distance. Tram station to Santa Cruz is 5 minutes away. It’s in a residential area on a side street so very quiet at night for a good sleep. (For anyone who needs it, the building number is 24 🙂) The flat: is well-equipped for a long stay, and the owner, Eduardo, was very kind and helpful. I actually wanted to extend my stay, but unfortunately there was no availability.

The flat’s door opens directly onto the street and has only a small window, so it can feel a bit dark and lacking fresh air. It’s not ideal for spending long periods inside during the day. You can ventilate it by keeping the door open for a few minutes. It would also be nicer if there were more comfortable chairs or a small sofa ☺️

Todo bien, el trato con Eduardo anfitrión muy bien. Pendiente en todo momento
