Fantastico Duplex en Meloneras

El aire acondicionado de salón no enfriaba. Se encontraron cucarachas en la vivienda. Aunque el propietario disponibilizo un spray y trampas ello no arregló el problema y el spray hacia el aire irrespirable. Haste el último dia estuvimos cazando cucarachas. Estos temas deben ser solucionados ANTES de la estancia y no durante (ni se puede ni debe condicionar la estancia interrumpida con presencia de terceros) Si el servicio no fue prestado tal y como acordado, las disculpas no son suficientes y debe dar lugar a un reembolso parcial (el.precio pagado es con aire acondicionado funcionando y sin cucarachas) y si no se puede solucionar de forma inmediata el cliente no debe asumir ese coste/perjuicio. O booking o el propietario deberían proponerlo y asumirlo.

A lovely house in a very pleasant, quiet location, nicely furnished and equipped. As there are terraces at both the back and the front you can choose sun or shade to suit whatever the time of day. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the seafront and there is a large supermarket (Mercadona) a 7-minute walk away. I stayed there for a month and one of the great advantages was that a very nice housekeeper came once a week to clean and change the bed linen and towels. Any problems - such as a broken kettle - were remedied swiftly. There is also an enormous pool in the complex, which hardly anyone seems to use. It is clean, well maintained and blissfully quiet.

Good location comfortable beds lovely outdoor and shared pool.. lovely fruit basket and two beers in fridge a nice touch Would have benefited if an information folder was available too.

We were inundated with flies don't know where they were coming from.. But cockroachs too not only at our apartment but around complex.. we have been many times in Spain and never seen so many. Bins in complex overfull when we brought rubbish up

Huge swimming pool in the complex. Outside seating. Air conditioning. Washing machine. Host supplied with a change of linen when requested halfway through our stay.

Front door lock was a bit stiff but once we got the knack it was ok.

We absolutely loved our stay! even before we arrived our host Dunia was really helpful. The Duplex was perfect for us and had everything we needed including beach towels and super efficient air conditioning and wifi. In the mornings we had breakfast on the front patio and the evenings the back garden was a shady spot to enjoy a glass of wine or two. The pool was massive but also very quiet. The area of meloneras was lovely - lots of great restaurants and a lovely beach also we could walk into Maspalomas along the promenade. There was a Mercadona a short drive away but also some smaller supermarkets close by. A perfect holiday for us!

Everything was great - The only extra that would be nice would be a Barbecue.

Location was brilliant. Close to the beach, the bars and Mercadona. Swimming pool was amazing and quiet, air conditioning was very effective. Big fridge with good size freezer - fully equipped kitchen, plenty of wardrobe space. Outside seating areas perfect, morning sun in the front, evening sun in the back.

Airy bright apartment with good facilities and location. Sunset beach was a 4-5 min stroll and The Lighthouse area was approximately 20 mins walk. Pool area very nice, plenty of loungers. Very friendly hosts who always replied via Whatsapp. Nice welcome pack including water, 2 beers, fresh fruit and snacks.

Pillows were extremely uncomfortable. No safe for valuables (the one installed was broken and unavailable). The shower in main bathroom had very low water pressure. No sunbed/s at the property. Not many power outlets. More hangers would have been nice and essential if more than 2 people staying. Full length mirror somewhere desirable.
