"Just ok."

The key is easy to get.

The problem is we misunderstood the ground floor and first floor, so we were trying to get the keys on the ground floor to get the first floor’s keys. Can the property manager just put the numbers in order for all the rooms? So we can easily get to the room? Thank you.
