Impressive apartment next to The Cathedral

La ubicación y la amplitud del apartamento.

Las almohadas de las camas no son nada cómodas, y tuvimos un problema con el personal de limpieza que se personó dos horas antes del check out en el apartamento.

O apartamento é super espaçoso e confortável. Tem uma localização fantástica com serviços como cafés, pastelarias ou supermercados bem perto. Para além disso fica perto da zona mais histórica, cultural e turística. Também gostámos do acompanhamento por parte da Minty Stay quer à chegada quer durante a estadia, via whatsapp.

The location and the space!

the smell in the fridge and some other not clean spots. They asked if they could fix something on the door and we would not need to be there. Turned out they needed us to get in and use the key. They stayed for over an hour and were disruptive. They left a mess in the hallway. The online communication responsive I received every time was sorry for the inconvenience… it did not feel like we were heard/understood. And it did not feel like they at least tried to make our stay easier and more carefree

Good location but very noisy. Good size

Lack of crockery, glasses and some poor quality fittings. No maid service even though we were there for 9 nights.
