Location perfect and the views over Levante beach wonderful. The apartment is well equipped and no expense has been spared with the fittings. The balcony is perfect to sit with a coffee and watch the sunrise.

As mentioned by others the lift is very small and will only take 2 people or one person and a suitcase, the floor area is 1 meter by half a meter so if you are of a larger build then it will be tight. Also the second shower room is very small and the gap between the door and wash basin is very small, but it didn't spoil the holiday. I do feel the agent should highlight these points in their advertising.

The apartment was spotless and very well designed. Plenty of towels bedding kitchen utensils and fabulous views. A very spacious appt. Even a lovely welcome gift

The 88 stairs are very narrow and the lift is only fit for one person. The second bathroom is very small but serviceable.
