Deposit and Additional Fees: A breakage deposit of EUR 150 is payable at check-in. This deposit will be returned at check out once the condition of the apartment has been checked and the keys returned. It must be done with a credit card. For groups of more than 2 apartments, the deposit will be EUR 250 per apartment. The breakage deposit may be affected by noncompliance with the rules of conduct of the community, not gathering up the apartment, not disposing the rubbish or loss of keys, among others. Key Collection: All keys must be collected from the Gestaltur office at Calle Ibiza, 12, local 4, on the corner in front of the pharmacy. Office hours may vary depending on the season. Contact Gestaitur staff directly. Guests arriving outside of these hours should refer to directions left in the window of the office. Please note that Apartamentos Turísticos Mariscal IV & V offers free luggage storage in the Gesaltur office upon departure (subject to office hours). Please note that parking is subject to availability. Please note that the change of towels and bed linen is done every 7 days for stays of more than 7 nights. For stays of less than 7 nights, the changes will be made upon request for a fee: Towel change: 20€. Linen and towel change: 45€Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Basic, but will be back."

Location was 800m from beach so not quite sure why it is called 'by the sea'! Far enough back from the noise and hussle and bussle of drunken idiots. Key collection/drop off is 100m away which is a bonus. Secure gating. Everything within walking distance, though it is up an incline.

Like a lot of properties in Benidorm, old and dated. Very basic. Constant noise from draughty windows and doors. Crockery and cutlery and glasses a mix of everything. Knifes always blunt (invest in a sharpener. £2 on Amazon). Elevator can take 15 minutes if too many people call for it at the same time (limited to 4). Apartments need a complete refurb to be honest and the money made by owners would easily cover it. We've stayed 3 times and NOTHING has changed. However, we only use it for sleeping and showering. Simple little changes would make a big difference.

"Disfrutamos Benidorm pero sin estar mucho en el apartamento"

La atención del personal en todo momento de 10. La ubicación, cerca de la zona “guiri”, con bastante ruido y movimiento pero sin problemas. Tener parking en Benidorm es muy bueno también. La piscina aunque en esta ocasión no la usamos.

Esta muy viejecito, las camas y el sofá cama justitos de comodidad, muy enclenques y antiguos. La cocina no es muy cómoda si pensáis cocinar allí, para desayunar y poco más está ok.

I didn't like anything, was uncomfortable, dirty, poor mattresses, all my body heart after the first night, rotten sofa cover and poor, I had a whole in the bathroom ceiling, they said will repair, but nothing.

I left one day before the booking date, cause day didn't do anything to repair or change the mattress on my son room, didn't listen properly what my claims was, so very unhappy with the conditions. Never came again, don't recommend.
