Apartments in Mariscal 4 and 5 with Pool near Levante Beach by Gestaltur

Location was brilliant, literally a 10 minute leisurely walk to the beach. Shops and bars/restaurants close by. Close to everything but yet surprisingly quiet. Also the staff were really helpful, sorted our transfers , even when we changed our flight. £150 breakage deposit was refunded less than 12 hours after we left.

Can't think of anything that could have made it better.

Location central walk to supermarkets and night live

Very dated apartment no English channels. Comfortable beds, may not be to everyone's comfort. Shower powerfull. Not noisy in the evening. Close to Buddies. Tommy's New Life club and Rose and Crown big screen for sports.

the apartment was bigger than we expected with 2 balconies, nice sized lounge and a table and chairs inside and out on balcony. It also had a washing machine iron and ironing board which was a bonus. Very good location as well easy to walk to the beach and the centre.

it would have been nice to have a few more towels and a few more pans in the kitchen

comfortable.and clean accommodation in an excellent location. Good, clear communication from the owners.

All of the apartment needed ripping out and renewing the mattress was completely worn out and bowed in the middle my friend stopped in the same room 12months before and complained about it still no new mattress the room had a terrible smell it was coming from the room at the side of the kitchen there was a vent above the boiler through the wall going into the kitchen bringing the terrible smell from the unused room that had the boiler and washing machine in there we had to open the outside window and leave it open all holiday to try and get rid of the smell the shower ran cold every night there was only me and my son stopping there I have to say that there was not one thing good about the apartment it’s a complete mess and the smell was absolutely disgusting 🤮 the only one good thing about the place was the balcony because you wasn’t in the room let me warn you do not stop there

a bit more expensive than the last time I booked.

Location ok. apppartment roomy.

No english tv internet ,nxt to none existent, however the renters came out to have a look at it &sad it was fine . Just very poor speeds pool area good &quiet
